Busy Mom Weightloss Program: Feel good, Eat good, Simple Meal Prep

This is a program I originally (sort of accidentally) built for myself. I am a busy mom who spent seven (yes seven) years trying to figure out how I could lose weight. What I find is that I often was "falling off the wagon" because everything I found was too complicated, too hard to prepare for and too difficult maintain when I was out and about. As a busy mom, I am often gone for my job, commuting to drive to sports practice, games, tournaments, and more. This means I need a pan that includes a lot of on the go options, aka easy when I want it to be. I also want to eat normal foods that I can't eat on the go. That's exactly what this plan gives you. It allows you to pick and choose the meals you want to eat each week in preparation for your week ahead. Some weeks will be less busy and some weeks will be more busy, choose the meals that work for you but still deliver the results your looking for. This is all about what to eat and when to eat it.
